I could play with these things for houuuurs.

Hand to god, while my buddy and I were out riding bikes around my Mom’s neighborhood, we found this projector kicking it on the lawn of this seedy apartment complex. It’s a Bell & Howell 357B from the 70’s (I’m guessing..?). I don’t have any Super-8 film to test it out, but the bulb still lights up, and the motor still runs.. it’s only noticeable fault is that it’s missing it’s cover and reel (which apparently it was supposed to have). Here are some pictures I jacked from some dude on e-bay..

and here is an auction for the same projector, listing info about the volts and other important crap. It is EXACTLY the same as both of those, just minus the cover and reel, as previously mentioned. Oh, and the serial number on mine is 1344085.

Cutting to the chase: I am offering this baby up for sale, as I have no real use for it (aside from gigantic paper weight or “cool looking thing to set drinks and books on”). Oh, and unless you are willing to send an extra $25, you will have to come pick it up (or have someone pick it up and send it to you).. because $25 is how much shipping this 23lb beast will cost, and at the moment I don’t have any extra money. I’m really sorry about that, I REALLY wish I could ship this but I’m really broke at the moment.. I mean, shit, if I had the money, I would send it to fucking Istanbul or Mongolia or Uganda for whoever wanted to buy it (however, if I had the money, I probably wouldn’t be selling it in the first place).

I was looking through all my old crap that they are in the process of shovelling out of my old room (really, it was so messy, they rented gigantic shovels and one of those gigantic trash bins) and I found (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Death Church.
Which if you don’t know, is probably the coolest album ever besides Performance of War, Let’s Knife, one of the Fall’s ten trillion albums or whatever.. I’m really tired and kind of forgot my point. Oh, yes. Rudimentary Peni is awesome. I knew this when I was 15 and somehow forgot. Oh well.

Anyway. Nick Blinko is a crazy person and here is a website where they have crazy things that he crazied onto their albums or where ever and they crazied their way on the internet. (scrolling over the little rolling guy makes a neat noise, so leave sound on.)

Sorry if this pretty much has nothing to do with anything, but I got really excited about finding this album and thought everyone deserved to share in my joy.

We found this (by we, I mean my friend, Jennifer, and I) while walking around an alley in Torrance, near my parent’s house. There’s nothing wrong with it, technically speaking (meaning the frame is unbroken, glass unshattered), and it’s even kind of interesting in that “Look at this weird, stupid thing” kind of way.

That’s all, really. I just wanted other people to know about this.

I didn’t really pay attention before-hand, but Lisa said something about loving Ghost World and he said something like “Do you know the guys who print Batman? I’m really good at drawing utility belts. Here’s where Batman keeps his change, for when he takes the bus!”

Also something where he was really buff and beating up a fat man.

this is neither interesting or good as any of the other posts, but here i go. i see that my previous post somehow ended up saying “i am” and then nothing else.

well. let me fill in the rest of that sentence right now. i am an internet television.. hm.. enthusiast, i suppose. finding tv links was truly salvation in the form of a website. i no longer log on to myspace to stalk random jerks, spend thousands of dollars on ebay, or thousands of hours looking at pornography. no. my day is now divided between sleep and 313 twenty-three minute long, fan-subtitled episodes of One Piece, and i couldn’t possibly be happier.

a note: actually, i spend most of my time at the library, working. we sell awesome stuff. if you’re in los angeles, you should come and spend tons of money.
also, i really dislike tv. i’m not even sure if my tv set works anymore. ok, i just checked. it does, but we still don’t get channel 2.
